The service is available now at SpeakEasy’s Voorhees, NJ office and via telehealth.

Now & Then pairs clients with a licensed therapist for one 50-minute conversation, goal-directed but flexible, focused on whatever the client brings to the session. Common uses include processing difficult emotions, working through a relationship or workplace problem, making a high-stakes decision, or navigating a life transition. No diagnosis is made, no treatment plan is required, and there is no expectation of follow-up care. The session costs $125 and is private pay only.
